This is an agreement between you and Reeltime Pictures Ltd. (T/A TIME TRAVEL tv). Please ensure that you read all of the terms listed below. You accept and agree to the terms of this agreement by purchasing physical or digital media via this website or our Vimeo On Demand page(s).
1. The Service
TIME TRAVEL tv provide you with both physical and digital programming. Allowing you to access these via either DVD or through Vimeo’s On Demand streaming and downloading services [see their Terms for further details]. All content is available through these three methods of consumption.
2. Media playback
To play back content from our service (physical, streaming or download), you will require compatible devices (media player, personal computer, etc.). The media’s requirement may change, and these are subject to requirements.
3. All streams and downloads are final
All purchases of streamed or downloaded content are final. We do not accept returns or refunds of digital content.
4. Content
a. Licence. Subject to payment of applicable fees, TIME TRAVEL tv grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and licence, to view the content for non-commercial, private use. Non-commercial, private use means a viewing of the content without a fee associated with said presentation.
b. Availability. Content will continue to be available for download or streaming so long as licensing permits. There may be occasions where content becomes unavailable. It is your responsibility to download any downloadable media as soon as you are able.
c. Streaming. When streaming, the quality of the content may vary depending on several factors, including, but not limited to, the device used, bandwidth, etc. We strive to provide high quality content, but can make no guarantee as to the resolution and/or quality of streaming content.
d. General. You are forbidden from transferring, copying or presenting the content. You may not re-distribute the content in any form, or remove proprietary notices or labels.
5. Copyright
All content on or available through TIME TRAVEL tv including, images, text, graphics, downloads and data is the property of Reeltime Pictures Ltd. and is protected by international copyright. All content is the exclusive property of Reeltime Pictures Ltd. You may not copy, extract or re-use any of this content without written consent. You may also not create any database of our products or data without written consent.
6. Liability
We will do everything in our power to ensure that the content of TIME TRAVEL tv will be error-free and uninterrupted. However, due to the very nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. There may be times when access to the TIME TRAVEL tv website (and Vimeo On Demand) may be disrupted due to maintenance or upgrades, but we will try and limit these disruptions to the best of our ability.
TIME TRAVEL tv will not be held responsible for (a) any losses that were not caused by breach on our part (b) any business loss (including profit, contract or revenue) or (c) any other indirect losses that were not foreseeable when using TIME TRAVEL tv.
7. Age restrictions
None of our products (whether physical or digital) are available for purchase by anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18 you may use our service with permission of an appropriate parent or guardian.
8. Third party software
When using TIME TRAVEL tv you will also be using third party software (in this instance, Vimeo’s On Demand Service) and you are subject to their separate policies and terms and conditions of use.
9. Your order
Your order is an offer to TIME TRAVEL tv to purchase the physical products in your order. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email from the third party payment operator (in this instance, PayPal). This is acknowledgement that we have received your order for processing. You may cancel your order at no cost only before the dispatch email is sent out. This right to cancel does not apply to digital or streaming services which are not dispatched in a physical format, and once download or streaming has begun these rights do not apply.
10. Pricing and availability
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
We cannot guarantee the availability of content and will inform you otherwise should a product you have ordered not be available.
11. Customs
When ordering products (physical) from TIME TRAVEL tv outside of the EU you may be subject to import tax and duties once the order reaches your location. Any and all additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer as TIME TRAVEL tv has no control over these charges.
12. Alterations to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to make any changes necessary to TIME TRAVEL tv, including these terms of service at any time. You will be subject to the Terms of Service enforced at the time of use of TIME TRAVEL tv.
