David J Howe is among the most respected voices in Doctor Who’s history, with over forty years of experience as a researcher, writer and publisher. As Editorial Director of telos Publishing, he has won multiple awards, including the World Fantasy Award. His work spans over thirty-five Doctor Who books, countless magazine articles and consulting roles for BBC Merchandise.

Beyond Who, he's an accomplished horror fiction writer and former chair of the British Fantasy Society. Currently, he contributes liner notes for BBC Audio’s Doctor Who releases while maintaining one of the world’s largest collections of Doctor Who merchandise.
