Myth Makers launched in 1984 … and now, over forty years (and some 190 episodes) later, each production will run for an hour or more.

But the first episodes were only 30 minutes long, had animated titles shot on film by Kevin Jon Davies and superb sound design and music by Mark Ayres.

In the 1990s, all of these edits were withdrawn when updated interviews were recorded and combined with the original material to produce longer episodes.

Here, in their original format, untouched, are those original edits.
