  Azal, Omega, Ogron, Eldrad in Doctor Who, 1971-76

Stephen Thorne will be best remembered by Doctor Who fans for his larger than life performances as villains. His 6ft 4in frame and booming voice was put to great effect as Azal in The Daemons and Omega in The Three Doctors.

He was an Ogron in Frontier in Space and played the crazed Eldrad in The Hand of Fear.

Stephen returned to Doctor Who on audio, for the BBC in The Ghost of N-Space, and Big Finish in numerous productions including reprising the roles of Eldrad and Omega.
